Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your GoldHunt account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.

⚠ Important: Before requesting account deletion, ensure all active investments are completed or cancelled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Funds in active investments or pending withdrawals at the time of deletion may be forfeited.

How to Request Account Deletion

Withdraw Your Balance

Open the GoldHunt app, go to Wallet → Withdraw and withdraw any remaining funds to your crypto wallet. Wait for the withdrawal to be processed (0–48 hours).

Cancel Active Plans

Go to Investments in the app and cancel any active investment plans. Wait for your refund to be processed before proceeding.

Send a Deletion Request

Email us at goldhuntapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Confirmation

We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

  • Your account credentials (email, password)
  • Personal profile information (name, phone number)
  • KYC documents and verification data
  • Saved wallet addresses
  • App preferences and settings

What Data Is Retained

Due to financial regulations, the following data is retained for a minimum of 5 years after account deletion:

  • Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, investments)
  • Ledger entries required for financial compliance
  • Communication records related to disputes or fraud investigations
