GoldHunt ("we", "our", or "us") operates the GoldHunt mobile application (the "App"). • Financial Information: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses you save for withdrawals. We do not store private keys.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App features accessed, time spent in the App, and interaction patterns.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication), which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. KYC documents are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Google Firebase (infrastructure), financial data providers (gold price feeds). These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.

5. Cryptocurrency Transactions

All cryptocurrency transactions occur on public blockchains. Wallet addresses you provide and transaction hashes you submit are inherently public information on the respective blockchain networks. We have no control over the public nature of blockchain data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with financial regulations. KYC documents are retained as required by applicable law. 7. Children's Privacy

The GoldHunt App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Objection to certain processing activities
