These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldHunt mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GoldHunt ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GoldHunt. By using the Service you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency investment platforms are prohibited

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use GoldHunt. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is required to withdraw funds from the platform. You agree to:

• Submit genuine, unaltered identity documents
• Provide a clear, accurate facial photo when requested
• Not attempt to circumvent KYC requirements

We reserve the right to reject KYC submissions that appear fraudulent or incomplete, and to suspend accounts suspected of identity fraud.

4. Deposits

• Deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH)
• You must submit a valid transaction hash after sending funds
• Deposits are reviewed and approved by our team within 24 hours
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses
• Minimum deposit amounts apply as specified in the App
• We reserve the right to reject deposits from suspected fraudulent sources

5. Investment Plans

• Investment plans run for 30 calendar days from activation
• Daily returns are calculated as a fixed percentage of the invested principal
• Profit accumulates daily and is credited to your balance upon plan completion
• Multiple simultaneous plans are permitted
• Stated return rates are targets and are subject to change for new plans

Early Cancellation

• You may cancel an active plan at any time before completion
• A 5% early exit fee is deducted from your principal upon cancellation
• Accrued profit up to the cancellation date will be credited to your balance
• Refunds are processed within 0–48 hours of cancellation approval

6. Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 0–48 hours
• Funds are sent to your saved wallet address on the network you select
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud review
• Network transaction fees may apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount

7. Risk Disclosure

Investing in cryptocurrency-backed platforms involves significant risk. You acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can decrease rapidly
• Past performance of investment plans does not guarantee future returns
• GoldHunt is not a licensed financial institution or registered investment advisor
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You may lose some or all of your invested funds

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Submit false KYC documents or impersonate another person
• Attempt to manipulate or defraud the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
• Share or resell access to your account
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with GoldHunt are the exclusive property of GoldHunt. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldHunt shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or investment value
• Delays or failures in processing transactions due to blockchain network conditions
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your GoldHunt account at the time of the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds after completing any required fraud or compliance review. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to closure.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations regarding digital assets and online services. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
